A Clash of Tomorrows - Book 2

The four elves were too emboldened by their actions to notice or, for that matter, care about Kandi’s change in mood. In their sexually stimulated minds, four-to-one odds seemed pretty good, and they looked forward to some sport at Kandi’s expense. Quickly, before they lost their nerve, they encircled her so she couldn’t escape.Kandi thought, Silly boys, why would I want to escape?

Jonathan forced his mind to focus. Who was he? Where was he? Why was he being punished? How had he gotten here? Flashes of memory gave hints, but no answers. Jonathan Martyr. Yes, my name is Jonathan. Boston. Yes, I come from Boston. A vision of an older man holding a ring swished by Father, my father. Ring? The ring. His eyes flashed on his hand to confirm it was real. Vermont, explosions, Voyager Templar, Norway, and Jordan followed. Kandi…yes, Kandi. The fragments began falling into place as he focused solely on the pixie who had been his companion for… a minute, a year, a million years? How do you measure something so convoluted as time?
